Sandra Hernandez Adams is the managing partner of our Miami office.

Sandra began providing specialized software and services to law firms in 1982;  she grew her business and, in 2005, sold to a local CPA firm based in Miami.   She, and the consultants, operated as Onsite Advisors until November, 2009, when they spun off from the CPA Firm to become Strategic Legal Technology Consulting.   Although the name changed,  Sandra maintained the same vision...to provide expert consulting and support  services to law firms and legal departments.

Steven J. Best is the managing partner of our Atlanta office.  Steve is an attorney as well as a certified law office software consultant. With an educational background in law, accounting and economics, Steve consults with law firms throughout the United States on law office software as well as sophisticated practice management issues.

Cindy Emmerson

Partner, Home Office: Naples

Cindy Emmerson is founder and president of Legal-Tech Solutions, Inc. (now Affinity Consulting Group Southeast). She has over 22 years experience in law firm accounting and financial workflow and management, practice management, and document management. Prior to working in legal technology, Cindy was a law firm real estate closer and firm administrator for 8 years, after which she started her consulting and training career in 1997.

Debbie C. Foster

Partner, Home Office: Tampa

Debbie Foster is the managing partner of Affinity's Tampa Bay office.  She founded InTouch Legal (now Affinity Consulting Group SE) in 1998, seeing a need for a consulting company that focused specifically on lawyers and their technology needs. Since then, Debbie has expanded the services offered by her Tampa based office and has helped hundreds of law firms implement technology, finance, marketing and management solutions.

Barron K. Henley, Esq.

Partner

Barron K. Henley, Esq. is one of the managing partners of Affinity's Columbus Ohio office.  He is an attorney  with 15 years of experience in legal technology.   Together with Paul Unger, Barron founded Henley March & Unger Consulting, Inc. (now Affinity-Columbus) in 1998.

Britt Lorish

Partner, Home Office: Roanoke

Britt Lorish is the managing partner of Affinity's Roanoke office.  She is the President and Founder of Automated Horizons (now Affinity Roanoke), and has more than a decade of experience as a litigation paralegal and law firm network administrator.  Britt is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Pre-Law.

Paul J. Unger, Esq.

Partner, Home Office: Columbus

Paul J. Unger is one of the managing partners of Affinity's Columbus Ohio office.  He is a 1994 graduate of Capital University Law School.  He is an attorney and founding member of HMU Consulting, Inc. (now Affinity-Columbus).  Prior to forming HMU with Barron Henley, Paul was Vice President of a Columbus-based technology consulting firm.  He spent five years at Clark, Perdue, Roberts & Scott Co., L.P.A., limiting his practice to civil litigation.
