February 2018 marks Affinity Consulting Group's 4th annual Client Appreciation Month (CAM)! Through our rebranding process, we have been talking about our vision and mission as a company, and how that has evolved over the last 20 years. Through all the years, and all the changes we have faced, whether people, process or technology related, one thing has remained the same. Making clients raving fans is the most rewarding part of our job.
CAM is going to be led by our new Client Concierge, Sara Shew! You may have heard from Sara or received a How Did We Do survey after a project. Her main responsibility at Affinity is to be a resource to our amazing clients. To hear you out and get you what you need. We appreciate you all so much that we have dedicated a person to you!
Past CAM activities have been a great source of feedback for us, so we are really looking forward to continuing them during this exciting rebranding time. With that, we are kicking CAM off with our Client Survey focused on your big picture goals for 2018, so perhaps make a list... and check it twice. In addition to your goals, we want to have a good handle on what you have going on now. Are there training objectives you need help planning for? Is there a process or a program that you think needs an overhaul? Having a clear understanding of what your firm or department is currently utilizing, will help us develop our resources and provide you a path to those 2018 goals!
