MindManager by Mindjet is one of the most powerful ways to visually organize and manage information, people and projects.

It increases your productivity by allowing you and your team to visually connect ideas and information.

Litigation firms regularly use this helpful tool to prepare for depositions, trials, organize evidence, create timelines, and many other tasks that require a look at the "big picture" as well as honing in and arranging details.

Additional options from Mindjet include the ability to share and work with others over the internet using Catalyst, which provides secure workspaces and web conferencing for real time map co-editing.

If you wish to share your maps with others not using MindManager you may do so by creating a Mindjet Player file, which essentially runs the map as an interactive PDF. Alternatively you can share your ideas online by uploading your map to a website using MindjetShare. You can easily publish directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and many other sites, or put it on your own URL.

MindManager even integrates with Microsoft Office 2010, allowing you to quickly and easily import/export from any Office application to Mindjet, and even dynamically link content from Outlook and Excel. You can quickly diary calendar entries in Outlook from a task list you created in MindManager to remind you of key dates/times you have mapped out.

MindManager is available for both Mac and Windows, as well as SharePoint. There is even a version for iPhone and iPod Touch. It has the ability to work on a Tablet PC as well using touch commands. And it even has an add-in that will allow you mind map by voice, using Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The options are almost endless of what you can do with this dynamic product!
