Easily Capture Screenshots in Microsoft PowerPoint
Do you ever need to take a screenshot of something important for a PowerPoint presentation? PowerPoint makes it easy to grab screenshots. This can be especially helpful for training sessions for using software around the office.
On the Insert tab, click the Screenshot icon, and you’ll see a thumbnail of each of your currently open windows and the option “Screen Clipping”. You can click on the window you want and it will take a screenshot of that program. Or click on “Screen Clipping” and you will be able to click and drag you mouse on your screen to “clip” a portion of your screen. Then you will have a screen shot you can place in your presentation.
