Stay Focused Using Outlook’s Focused Inbox

Your Outlook inbox has 2 quick filters. Click on “Unread” to see all unread emails in your inbox. Click on “All” to see every email in your inbox. While narrowing down your list of emails to unread emails with a single click is handy, Outlook’s Focused Inbox may be an even more useful way to see your most important emails first.

Outlook’s Focused Inbox converts your quick filters from All/Unread to Focused/Other. Your most important emails are filtered into the Focused Inbox, while everything else gets filtered into the Other inbox.

In this video tech tip, learn how to turn on Outlook’s Focused Inbox, move emails in or out of the Focused Inbox, and how to best use the Focused Inbox to improve productivity and focus on the emails that matter most.
