Andrea began her academic journey by earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Office Technology and Legal Studies. She then advanced her education at Florida International University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS).

Early in her career, Andrea worked as an administrative assistant before pivoting to legal technology consulting—a path she embarked on three decades ago. In 2002, she founded Automated Software Solutions, Inc., a firm dedicated to helping law practices optimize their operations through technology. Her expertise spans the full software implementation lifecycle, including project planning, project management, system installation, customization, data migration, training, and long-term client support. Over the years, she has specialized in practice management, time and billing, and document management systems, consistently delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of her law firm clients.

Andrea’s superpower is she’s a natural translator between tech and people—turning complicated systems into practical tools that teams actually love to use. Whether it’s implementing new software, customizing workflows, or supporting firms long after launch, Andrea brings a thoughtful, human touch to every project she tackles. Andrea’s favorite part of her job is seeing people light up when they realize technology can actually work for them—not against them—and it’s what keeps her excited every day.

Personal Details

Outside of work, Andrea loves staying active and embracing the outdoors. Whether she’s taking brisk walks, kayaking across peaceful waters, biking scenic trails, or exploring new hiking paths, she finds joy in movement and nature. Above all, her favorite moments are those spent with her husband and their three children—no matter the activity, it’s the time together that matters most.
