Kelly is a member of Affinity’s Enterprise team, where she collaborates with colleagues to support and manage client projects. As the team continues to evolve, her role expands alongside it, contributing to improved processes and strong client outcomes.

When Kelly was a child and asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she confidently declared she would become the first woman President and a corporate lawyer. While her path shifted, the ambition behind those dreams carried forward. Since 2011, Kelly has worked in the law firm world in training and professional development roles, including managing and delivering large-scale technology rollouts for major firms. Before joining the legal industry, she taught traditional and non-traditional college students for many years.

Kelly holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University, along with a Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Kelly’s superpower is collaboration and process management. She thrives in environments where people come together to improve systems, streamline workflows, and find smarter ways to work.

Personal Details

Kelly is originally from the Midwest but has called Tennessee home for most of her life. As a first-generation professional, she is passionate about mentoring others and actively participates in professional development initiatives. She serves on the local board of the Association of Talent Development and is a self-published author, currently working toward completing her second book by 2027. Kelly also enjoys unwinding by leading a book club—or two.
