Professional Details

Nisha is a Strategic Growth Advisor who works closely with Lawyerist Lab members to expand hands-on support as firms navigate growth, change, and increasing complexity.

She brings more than 15 years of experience advising small businesses and law firms through periods of growth, transition, and operational challenge. Her background spans employee benefits, leadership alignment, wellness, and organizational health, informed in part by her own experience as a business owner.

Nisha is known for helping leaders step back and clearly see what matters most, combining deep empathy with strong business insight. She has a particular strength in working with numbers and designing effective, sustainable programs. Her favorite part of her work is hearing firm owners share their visions and witnessing the moment they realize those goals are truly achievable.

Personal Details

Outside of work, Nisha enjoys hiking, walking, jogging, or unwinding with a favorite podcast or audiobook. Her cat, Pai Mei—named after her favorite movie, Kill Bill—is usually close by. She also loves exploring local dining scenes when she travels, as well as dancing, singing, and listening to music, all best enjoyed with family and friends.
