As Salesforce Administrator, Padmini caters to managed services clients to streamline their process in AdvoLogix/Litify, solves business requirements, analyzes & fixes issues, and triages tickets, assists users, assists with user management and report building, as well as with the regression testing of functionalities. She has been in IT and Quality during his 10-year tenure. Padmini enjoys working on Open-source apps – testing, implementing, and configuring as a part of business requirements and has streamlined internal Organizational processes and implemented ISO 27001 in (2) prior organizations. She has been an Entrepreneur for 5 years and led the way to Salesforce; She Joined Affinity as a part of the Carson Whitfield Consulting merger.
Padmini’s work-related superpower is the analysis, customization, automation, and testing of functionalities. Her favorite part about her job is the user interaction, helping them fix issues and providing solutions while keeping a “Never Say No” mentality.
When not working, Padmini likes visiting new places, taking road trips, sewing and making patchwork quilts, and reading or watching classic mysteries like those from Agatha Christie, Hercule Poirot, and Miss Marple. She also likes to take on projects in her front yard during the spring, cooking and organizing things around her home.
