As a member of People Operations, Paige focuses on hiring/onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement.

Paige has a background in marketing, communications, training and administration. She worked as a training manager at a marketing placement firm and was a virtual executive assistant for almost a decade, before working virtually was cool. She joined the Lawyerist team in 2020 and subsequently the Affinity team.

Paige’s work superpower is making fun things mandatory and making mandatory things fun. And her favorite part of her job is getting to know all the new hires and being an advocate for Affinity employees.

Hanging out with her husband and three kids. She’s a self-proclaimed extrovert and loves to be around people she can have a good time with. If she can sneak away, she loves a good self-care day. She’s crazy about planning travel for her family. She has it on her bucket list to do a cross-country RV trip and also visit Japan one day.
