His career has focused on helping small business owners navigate operational and financial challenges. As both an entrepreneur and advisor—including his work with the SBDC—he’s partnered closely with leaders to strengthen systems, improve decision-making, and build more stable, sustainable businesses. Joining Affinity was a natural extension of that work, bringing his hands-on experience to law firms looking for a better way to grow.

Personal Details

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with family. He’s naturally curious and always looking to learn something new or explore somewhere new. Add coffee, sunshine, or a great conversation, and he’s in his element.
