As Partner Alliance Manager, Rob’s primary responsibility is to manage the relationships with Affinity’s existing referral partners and to engage with new ones. He also works with some of our software vendor partners to enhance those relationships. He started his career as a CPA and a Controller for a midsized IP law firm. Rob oversaw the firm’s Technology, leading him to a sales position at a legal focused IT Company. From there, he took two sales positions at legal-focused accounting solutions. His almost 30 years of experience in the legal technology industry naturally brought him to his current position at Affinity. He has worked with a number of people here at Affinity for 15+ years.
His work-related superpowers are his integrity in all that he does and his ability to listen to people actively. The favorite part about working at Affinity is relationship-building, meeting new people and getting to know them
Most of Rob’s time outside work is dedicated to his wife and their four children (3 of which are now adults and independent) but because they played a lot of sports in high school, sports have always been at the center of their family’s life. Rob and his wife also enjoy traveling together and spending much time in the Outer Banks. They also enjoy traveling to the other side of North Carolina in Asheville.
