Scott Clasen is Chief Revenue Officer at Affinity, where he leads the firm’s sales, marketing, and revenue operations efforts. He focuses on building the systems and teams that turn client interest into strong, long-term relationships, helping the business grow in a way that’s both structured and sustainable.
He brings more than a decade of experience in legal technology, most recently serving as VP of Marketing at ProfitSolv. There, he played a central role in bringing together sales and marketing across ten acquired companies into a single, cohesive approach. Earlier in his career, Scott spent over 20 years in the Twin Cities youth sports industry in roles spanning sales, marketing, and IT, along with several years teaching high school history, economics, and psychology—experience that continues to shape how he communicates and solves problems.
Scott’s superpower is untangling complex systems and reworking them so they actually support the people using them. He enjoys taking something that feels overwhelming, simplifying it, and making the process not just manageable—but even a little fun.
Personal Details
Scott lives in Minneapolis with his wife, son, and two cats. He’s someone who tends to say yes first and figure out the details later, which has led to travel across multiple continents and plenty of great stories. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cooking with his wife, watching his son play trumpet, reading, and spending time along the North Shore of Lake Superior.
