Vanessa’s role at Affinity involves helping clients resolve their issues with NetDocuments or, if necessary, helping to bring in the right consultants to resolve client questions and issues. She also help clients with their workflow and maintaining their health with NetDocs. Vanessa has spent 20 years in the IT industry, first as a programmer in the oil and gas field translating electronic data files, then as a project manager and solutions consultant. Eventually, Vanessa was pulled into NetDocuments as a solutions engineer. From there she migrated over to Affinity Consulting.
Vanessa’s superpowers are listening to people talk and helping them resolve their issues. Helping our clients find success in their work life with NetDocuments is her favorite part of her job.
Vanessa has two kids, two dogs, one cat, and three turtles, and she loves food. She enjoys gummy bears, driving fast, volunteering, and cars.
