Erica leads Affinity’s Enterprise Consulting team, guiding law firms and corporate legal departments through business transformation, process optimization, and legal technology implementations. A strategic consultant at heart, she combines deep operational knowledge with a gift for building strong relationships—with clients, colleagues, and vendor partners alike. Erica’s leadership is grounded in clarity, practical innovation, and a relentless drive to make systems smarter and people more successful.

Before stepping into her current role, Erica built and led Affinity’s Default Services team, where she developed implementation programs for CaseAware®️ and became a go-to resource for clients navigating the complexities of the default legal space. She brings over 25 years of experience in the legal and mortgage servicing industries, having started as a foreclosure and bankruptcy analyst, then paralegal, and quickly advancing into management and technology leadership roles.

Erica’s superpower is helping teams make complex change feel manageable—whether she’s guiding clients through enterprise software rollouts, leading strategic consulting engagements, mentoring future leaders, or reimagining how consulting services are delivered. Her favorite part of the job is helping people feel more confident and capable in the face of change.

Personal Details

Outside of work, Erica is a proud wife and mom to two (now technically) adult boys—one a rising senior in high school involved in marching band and sports, and the other a soon-to-be college senior and full-time chef. She loves cheering them on and supporting them in everything they do. Erica loves eating out, shopping, and traveling with family and friends, and enjoys staying active through tennis, pickleball, and Zumba. When she wants to unwind, you’ll likely find her engrossed in a good book or solving crossword puzzles.
