Robin Carberry leads Affinity’s go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. As Director of Revenue Operations, she plays a pivotal role in translating high-level growth strategy into daily execution—aligning teams, driving performance, and ensuring our sales and marketing efforts work in lockstep to deliver results.

Before stepping into this leadership role, Robin served as Affinity’s Leader of the Professional Development Coaches, where she guided the coaching program with clarity, compassion, and a deep understanding of human development. What many didn’t see was her deep foundation in digital marketing and sales strategy, which now serves as the backbone of her Rev Ops leadership.

Robin’s background spans over a decade of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and strategic coaching. She ran her own coaching and digital strategy business for seven years, managing everything from ad campaigns and funnel design to copywriting, conversion optimization, and client acquisition. Later, as a Launch and Strategy Coach at a YouTube ads agency, she worked with over 200 clients to bring new programs to market and scale their growth—combining data-driven insights with creative execution.

Since joining Affinity, Robin has worked across functions—from partnering with the PM team to coaching the Revenue Operations function—earning a reputation for clarity, calm leadership, and a sharp eye for both systems and people. She now leads our Sales Team, Rev Ops Manager, and Marketing Leader, building the infrastructure and accountability needed to hit our ambitious goals.

Robin brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and coaching insight to every challenge. She’s here to help us work smarter, grow together, and turn potential into performance—one quarter at a time.

Personal Details

Robin lives in a tiny town on the water in eastern NC with her husband and two dogs. They love to camp and spend time on the water—though the dogs aren’t crazy about spending time on the water!
