2022–2025 Commitments – We Have Work to Do
While Affinity has taken action to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion, we still have work to do. Affinity has formed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force to help diversify our workforce and ensure a safe and supportive work environment for everyone.
Equal Representation of Women at Every Level
Our workforce is comprised of 55% women. Our company is led by our managing partner, Debbie Foster, and a leadership team comprised of 75% women.
Increasing and Advancing People of Color
We have work to do to increase people of color within our workforce. Currently, 5% of our workforce is comprised of people of color.
5% of Affinity’s workforce is LGBTQIA+, including one of its founding partners, Paul Unger, who also is a member of Affinity’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force.
Since 2020, Affinity Consulting has committed a number of resources and educational workshops to increasing awareness about implicit bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Identifying our blind spots is a very important mission, individually and as a company. We are committed to ensuring that our team equitably reflects the nationally qualified applicant pools within the communities we serve. We are also committed to equitably retaining and advancing our talented team, and we are dedicated to continuing to educate our teams and drive inclusive leadership and individual behavior.
