Leticia is a Business Coach from the Lawyerist team. She coaches attorneys to build businesses and lives they love through a systematic approach that looks at all aspects of the business and the well-being of the owner. Leticia has been a coach for many years. She started off coaching executives in Fortune 500 companies and then moved into coaching law firm owners as a Fractional CEO and business coach. She has worked with thousands of leaders, executives and entrepreneurs and has found a common theme — the degree to which one commits to personal growth is the degree to which professional and financial growth is sustained. Leticia doesn’t grow businesses. She helps people grow and the business growth is exponential.

Leticia’s work superpower is being able to concoct ideas and solutions out of thin air and adapt to changes quickly with limited info. The favorite part about her job  is helping lawyers step into what’s fully possible for their lives and businesses.

Personal Details

Outside of work, Leticia is usually traveling, exploring new restaurants, or immersed in nature in some form or fashion. She is also an avid reader.
