Melissa Gordon
Project Manager
Melissa’s role at Affinity consists of project and client management for our strategic and corporate clients—from document management projects to nurturing client relationships to being the client’s “go-to person.” Melissa’s career journey started over 20 years ago in the ARM industry, 10 of those years being spent with several creditor rights law firms as a senior client manager overseeing some of the top 10 creditors. She also had the privilege of serving as the business office director for a senior living facility and as a practice manager for a dental group. Melissa is excited to be part of the Affinity team!
Melissa’s superpower is multitasking. Meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations (and the challenges that brings) are her favorite parts of her job.
Melissa is a wife and mother of four. She has two rescue cats and two rescue pit-bull mixes. In their free time, her family enjoys the beach, their pool, traveling, live concerts, and spending time together as a family.
