Professional Details

As an associate consultant, Michelle provides consulting services as part of Affinity’s practice management, Tabs3, and Practice Master teams. She has over 20 years of experience working with law firms large and small in many roles, including secretary, office manager, and paralegal. She spent the last six years as an insurance defense litigation paralegal at an Atlanta-based firm. Michelle has always loved putting processes in place and exploring the abilities of software programs to manage a case file better. So as she reconnected with Affinity Partner Britt Lorish, with whom she worked 20 years ago at Frith Anderson & Peake, Michelle found her way to Affinity.

Michelle’s superpower is problem-solving and developing processes and workflows for efficiency and consistency. Her favorite part of her job as a consultant is helping clients manage their documents and perform tasks more efficiently.

Personal Details

Michelle loves to spend time with her husband, Jim, traveling the globe and riding their Harley. She is an avid do-it-yourself-er and maker of hand-crafted soap. She also enjoys creating and adding that extra detail to make something unique in everything she does. Other passions include cooking, gardening, and cool evenings around the fire pit in her backyard in the woods. For Michelle, ice cream as a meal in itself is always an option!
