As Professional Development Coach, Natasha helps support teams by assessing their unique strengths, helping them craft professional development plans, and providing regular one-on-one coaching sessions to help maximize job performance and satisfaction. Prior to Affinity,  she has been an assistant professor in psychology, served as a leadership development facilitator and coach, an academic program head, and an education manager at a nonprofit. She has also coached professional women with burnout and work-life balance issues.

Natasha’s work related superpowers are empathy and being a sounding board for those who need an ear. Giving individuals the space to share their whole selves with her during coaching sessions is her favorite part about her job.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys visiting her rural hometown in central Virginia with its fresh air and country land as a retreat. Movement activities such as dance fitness and strength training are some of her passions. She also enjoys watching mystery and some crime documentaries.
