In the fall of 2020—right in the middle of COVID—we transitioned to PracticeMaster, and Affinity handled the project from beginning to end. I’d worked with them at other firms before, so I knew it would go well—and it did.

Affinity is always incredibly organized. Just like they were when we moved to Tabs for our financial modules, they brought structure, clear goals, and a timeline that kept the PracticeMaster implementation moving forward.

They scheduled meetings in advance and kept everything on track. I never once had to wonder if they’d forgotten us—they were consistently present and proactive.

Rolling out the new system to one office before the other was their suggestion, and it turned out to be exactly the right move. The whole process went smoothly.

We’d been using PracticeMaster for years, but the original implementation wasn’t smooth—and it wasn’t done by Affinity. As a result, our staff never became comfortable with the software. You can have the best software in the world, but if nobody’s using it, it’s worthless.
