As a Professional Development Coach, Robin guides Affinity’s team members towards reaching their full potential. Her primary focus is identifying individual work styles, promoting efficiency, and creating personalized frameworks to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Prior to joining Affinity, she has worked at tech startups, as a paralegal, and ran her own coaching business. All of her experience melds beautifully into her role as a Professional Development Coach at Affinity.

Her working related superpower is helping people see their hidden superpowers. Being able to help others find meaning, fulfillment, and reach their full potential at work is the favorite part of her job.

Personal Details

Robin lives in a tiny town on the water in eastern NC with her husband and two dogs. They love to camp and spend time on the water- though the dogs aren’t crazy about spending time on the water!
