Mateo supports Affinity’s marketing team, managing our social media presence and working to increase our reach. Mateo is also responsible for creating and delivering marketing assets and maintaining several areas of our website. Mateo graduated from Florida International University with a degree in marketing and international business. Prior to his graduation, he worked for a web-based company in Miami as a content writer. This position allowed Mateo to gain a deeper understanding of web marketing and content strategies that help companies achieve their goals using digital tools. He also has a great interest in creating digital assets beyond just writing to explore his creative side and appeal to wider audiences.
Mateo’s superpowers are his creativity and photo/video editing skills. Being able to explore his creativity with others as part of a team is his favorite part of his job.
Mateo loves music and singing. He’s often listening to music with any activity he does. Mateo is from Colombia, and he speaks two languages. He adores dogs and has a small pitbull named Thor. He also enjoys photography and working out.
