As an implementation consultant, Meg consults with clients to identify and implement process improvements through the Salesforce-Litify platform. Before joining the Affinity team, she worked at personal injury firms for eight years as a case manager, manager, trainer, process improvement specialist, and business process analyst. She has realized it’s the process improvement side of things that she loves and Affinity was a natural fit.
Meg’s work-related superpower is adapting communication styles based on the individual or group she is working with. Her favorite part about working at Affinity is learning from each new project and leaving clients better off than they were.
In her off hours, Meg works as a yoga instructor and enjoys all of the Pacific Northwest’s outdoor activities, frequently paddle boarding, hiking, and attending OL Reign games. During our rainy months, she can be found knitting, reading, and playing board games with a delicious warm beverage in hand.
