Tiana works directly with our clients to triage their software issues. This includes, but is not limited to, new user setups, software installation, matter changes, and being a liaison between our clients and vendor software support for escalated issues. Tiana had worked in the customer service industry for over nine years prior to joining Affinity. She transitioned into a tech-focused career path after attending a non-profit event in her city, which inspired her to take on a new challenge to bring her vast skill set and diversity to a different facet of customer service. After four years of freelancing her technical skill set, she decided to join a company that reflected her values and allowed her to grow and challenge herself daily. Thus leading her to Affinity!

Tiana’s superpower is listening to understand and de-escalate a situation in order to effectively resolve issues. Her favorite parts of her job are her “awesome Affinity family” and the feeling of helping people solve their problems.

When she has free time, Tiana enjoys spending it with her son. They like repurposing things for their home and taking long walks in their local metro parks.
